By booking a trip or using our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Bookings & Payments

  • All bookings must be confirmed with a deposit or full payment as stated in your invoice.

  • Final payment deadlines will be communicated during booking.

  • Prices are subject to change based on currency fluctuations, park fees, or service adjustments.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellation by guest: Refund policies vary by package and will be outlined in your booking confirmation.

  • Cancellation by The Komodo Traveler: If we must cancel due to weather, safety, or operational issues, we will offer rescheduling or a refund where applicable.

  • Entrance fees and third-party costs may be non-refundable.

3. Travel Requirements

  • Guests are responsible for holding valid travel documents (passport, visa if required).

  • It is your responsibility to ensure you are physically fit for activities such as trekking, snorkeling, and diving.

  • We recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance covering health, cancellations, and activities.

4. Liability & Safety

  • While we ensure professional guides and safety procedures, participation in tours is at your own risk.

  • The Komodo Traveler is not liable for accidents, loss, injury, illness, or damage to personal belongings beyond our control.

  • Guests must follow the instructions of guides and park rangers at all times, especially in areas with Komodo dragons.

5. Changes to Itinerary

  • Weather, park regulations, or unforeseen circumstances may require changes to itineraries.

  • We reserve the right to adjust routes, schedules, or activities in the interest of guest safety and experience quality.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Indonesian law. Any disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of Indonesian courts.
